In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will  perform some maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Wednesday 20 March 2024 from 04:00h to 09:00:

Please bear in mind that during this timeframe :

• Balancing Position Form (IMBNOT) and Imbalance Pooling Transfer Form (IMBPOOL) messages will be impacted.
• The Electronic Data Platform (EDP) and the CRM Extranet will be unavailable.

• Single Sign-on: As of January 31, 2024, the transition to Single Sign-On (SSO) has been successfully completed. API Users will also have to migrate to the SSO framework. As from the summer 2024, the old way of authenticating will no longer work for API use, so please do the necessary before this date so that your processes do not run into problems.
